Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator/Business Systems Analyst to enhance our Salesforce platform at Segula Technologies. This role is pivotal in supporting our Sales and Marketing divisions by ensuring the platform operates efficiently and effectively. You will be tasked with managing data, configuring Salesforce solutions, and automating processes to meet our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement modifications to Salesforce applications, including objects, fields, workflows, and processes.
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable business solutions on the Salesforce platform, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of configuration changes and integrations.
  • Address user inquiries and enhancement requests, resolving issues or escalating them as necessary.
  • Review Salesforce release notes to leverage new features that could enhance our implementation.
  • Regularly create and refresh Sandbox/QA environments as required.
  • Facilitate the integration of ERP/CRM systems with Salesforce.
  • Manage user access, profiles, roles, and security settings within Salesforce.
  • Ensure data quality and governance across the Salesforce CRM.
  • Develop insightful reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce data models and automation tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce development, including Lightning and Apex Code.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience integrating marketing automation platforms with Salesforce.
  • Ability to evaluate the impact of new requirements on existing systems.
  • Proven capability to design and implement new processes.
  • Understanding of best practices related to marketing and sales lifecycle management.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.
