About the Role

As a key member of our team at NTT DATA Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless deployment of digital technologies and services for our clients. Your expertise in DevOps and Salesforce will be instrumental in delivering high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather requirements and design DevOps architecture to support continuous delivery
  • Deploy releases to various environments and perform hotfixes and rollbacks as needed
  • Write build scripts and pipelines to implement end-to-end build and deployment orchestration
  • Verify successful continuous delivery deployments and resolve deployment issues with Development and Configuration teams
  • Define and implement branching strategies to support parallel software development
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with:

  • 5+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform and a deep understanding of Salesforce metadata and configuration
  • Deep understanding of DevOps best practices and modern CI/CD design principles within an Agile environment
  • Deep understanding of scratch orgs and proficiency in implementing package-based deployments in Salesforce
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Copado, or Flosum
