About Our Opportunity

We're seeking a Patient Experience Lead to join our System Integration Digital Health team, reporting to the Director Digital Strategy & Governance. This role is responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the patient experience within the Nova Scotia Health System and providing insights on impactful actions to strategically improve the digital delivery of care.

Primary Accountabilities
  • Enhance patient experiences and insights as they interact with the Health System, emphasizing how their digital journey has been supported and improved.
  • Identify patient needs through data, insights, and engagement to guide our investments in digital solutions.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement in digital delivery.
  • Support the development of policy and guidelines as it relates to patients.
  • Act as a compassionate leader advocating on behalf of patients.
Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree plus 6 years of progressive experience in a related field. An acceptable equivalent combination of training or experience may be considered.
