About Our Opportunity
The Government of Nova Scotia is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Patient Experience Lead. This exciting opportunity is part of our Department of Health and Wellness, where we strive to improve the health care system for all Nova Scotians.
As a valued member of our System Integration Digital Health team, you will report to the Director Digital Strategy & Governance. Your primary focus will be on enhancing patient experiences and insights as they interact with the Health System, emphasizing how their digital journey has been supported and improved.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify patient needs through data, insights, and engagement to guide our investments in digital solutions.
- Support the development of policy and guidelines as it relates to patients.
- Act as a compassionate leader advocating on behalf of patients.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree plus 6 years of progressive experience in a related field.
- Excellent strategizing, organizational, and planning skills.
- Superior project management and time management skills.
