Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

Xcel Construction Limited is seeking a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of engineering specifications and drawings, participating in field surveys and inspections, and preparing construction specifications and estimates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing engineering specifications and drawings
  • Participate in field surveys and inspections
  • Prepare construction specifications and estimates
  • Prepare project schedules
  • Supervise or conduct field surveys, inspections, and testing of construction materials
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in construction design and supervision
  • Proficiency in CAE and AutoCAD
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
