About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at GreenGold Construction Ltd. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate subcontractors' activities, plan and organize daily operations, select trade subcontractors, and prepare and submit construction project budget estimates.
  • Project Management: Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, monitor progress, and prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
  • Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control programs, develop risk management plans, and oversee the analysis of data and information.
  • Communication: Prepare reports, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and maintain accurate records.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Word, Mac OS, SharePoint, and SketchUp.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Environment: Office setting with occasional site visits.
  • Physical Demands: Work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Qualities: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, judgment, organized, team player, values and ethics, and accountability.
