As a Construction Project Supervisor with Formstructures Construction, you will serve as a liaison between various stakeholders, including the Construction Manager, Project Coordinators, Architects, and Subcontractors. Your primary goal is to ensure that client expectations are met while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Project Coordination

Review project drawings, specifications, and schedules with the Project Manager and Construction Management Team to ensure all tasks are integrated into the project schedule.

Monitor and manage subcontractor and material supplier progress to ensure they remain on schedule and meet project targets.

Provide daily site reports, including photos, to demonstrate progress and identify any construction issues.

Quality Control

Ensure all subcontractors perform work to industry standards and project specifications of quality.

Review and sign off on time sheets submitted by subcontractors working on a Time & Material basis.

Close-Out and Documentation

Manage project completion deficiencies and assist the Construction Management Team in completing close-out documents.

Maintain and update construction drawings for any changes to the work.

Commit to diversity and inclusivity in all aspects of the project.
