As a Construction Project Supervisor with Formstructures Construction, you will serve as a vital link between various stakeholders, including the Construction Manager, Project Coordinators, Architects, and Clients. Your primary goal is to ensure that clients' expectations are met while adhering to our company's Health and Safety Policy and Site-Specific Safety Plans.

Project Schedule Development

You will work closely with the Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and Contract Administrator to develop a comprehensive project schedule. This includes reviewing project drawings and specifications to ensure all tasks are integrated into the project schedule.

Subcontractor Management

You will monitor, forecast, and manage all subcontractor and material suppliers' progress to ensure they remain on schedule and meet project schedule targets. Additionally, you will ensure that all subcontractors perform work to industry standards and project specifications of quality.

Site Reporting and Coordination

You will provide a Daily Site Report, including photos, to demonstrate progress of work and identify any construction issues to the Construction Management Team. You will also coordinate with local authorities and Testing & Inspection Engineers to ensure all required inspections take place.

Time Sheet Review and Close-Out

You will review time sheets submitted by subcontractors for accuracy and sign off on time sheets submitted by subcontractors working on a Time & Material basis. You will also manage all project completion deficiencies and assist the Construction Management Team in completing close-out documents.

Maintain and update construction drawings for any changes to the work. Include a statement on commitment to diversity and inclusivity.", "lang_code": "en-US"}
