As a Construction Project Supervisor with Formstructures Construction, you will serve as a vital link between various stakeholders, including the Construction Manager, Project Coordinators, Architects, and Clients. Your primary goal is to ensure that clients' expectations are met while adhering to our company's Health and Safety Policy and Site-Specific Safety Plans.

Project Schedule Development

You will review project drawings, specifications, and schedules with the Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Contract Administrator, and Estimator to ensure all tasks are integrated into the project schedule.

Site Management

Monitor and manage subcontractor and material suppliers' progress to ensure they remain on schedule and meet project targets. Ensure all subcontractors perform work to industry standards and project specifications of quality.

Reporting and Documentation

Provide a Daily Site Report, including photos, to demonstrate progress and identify any construction issues. Review and sign off on time sheets submitted by subcontractors working on a Time & Material basis.

Close-Out and Maintenance

Manage project completion deficiencies and assist the Construction Management Team in completing close-out documents. Maintain and update construction drawings for any changes to the work.
