Xcel Construction Limited is seeking a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of engineering specifications and drawings, participating in field surveys, inspections, and technical investigations, and preparing construction specifications, costs, and material estimates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing engineering specifications and drawings
  • Participate in field surveys, inspections, or technical investigations
  • Prepare construction specifications, costs, and material estimates
  • Prepare engineering designs and drawings
  • Prepare project schedules
  • Supervise or conduct field surveys, inspections, technical investigations, and testing of construction materials
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in construction design and supervision
  • Proficiency in CAE - computer-aided engineering and AutoCAD
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
