At 13468755 Canada Inc., we are seeking a skilled Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, maintaining financial records, and establishing, maintaining, and balancing various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems. Key responsibilities include:

* Calculating and preparing cheques for payroll
* Maintaining general ledgers and financial statements
* Posting journal entries
* Preparing other statistical, financial, and accounting reports
* Preparing tax returns
* Preparing trial balance of books
* Reconciling accounts

The ideal candidate will have a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Experience in bookkeeping and accounting is required, with a minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience. The successful candidate will be fluent in English and work 32 hours per week.
