CGR Employment Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Clerk to join our team. As a Bookkeeping Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various bookkeeping tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Payroll Administration: Prepare and process payroll, including calculating and preparing cheques for employees.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Tax Preparation: Prepare and submit tax returns for the company.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational skills.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
