We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at Punjaabi Indian Cuisine. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Tax Preparation: Prepare and submit tax returns in a timely manner.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Personal Qualities: Accurate, flexible, judgement, organized, and team player.
