As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and presentation, ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that showcase our resort's culinary expertise and meet the diverse tastes of our guests.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet demand.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control food costs, ensuring that we are operating within budget.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior culinary role.
  • Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
