Salary

$70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

As a Senior Executive Chef Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of chefs in preparing and cooking meals for guests
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Managing inventory, supplies, and equipment
  • Developing and implementing new menus and recipes
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or degree in culinary arts or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior chef management position
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
