Job Summary:

The Guest Services Specialist is responsible for maintaining high standards of Guest Services at Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween. This role requires generating sales, conducting housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention in adherence to Company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales and meet sales targets
  • Conduct housekeeping and maintain a clean store environment
  • Merchandise products and maintain visual displays
  • Process transactions and manage cash handling
  • Support Store Management Team in loss prevention and inventory control

Requirements:
  • Minimum age requirement: 17
  • Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours
