Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Associate to join our team in Fredericton. As a Counter Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building relationships with our customers, assisting with product inquiries, maintaining the customer database, and receiving and processing orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers in-person, via phone, and at the counter.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our database.
  • Receive and process orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and project management teams to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of prior inside/counter sales experience.
  • Previous warehouse experience.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a good attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to impart knowledge.
  • Experience using AS400 (an asset).
