Sales Associate Manager

Lids is a leading retailer of sports and entertainment merchandise. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate Manager to join our team.
Job SummaryThe Sales Associate Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and leadership, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales associates to improve their performance.
- Manage store inventory, including receiving, transferring, and completing price changes.
- Open and close the store as required, following company procedures.
- Support and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- High school diploma or equivalent plus one year relative experience.
- Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
- Ability to operate a computer, as well as maneuver relative software programs.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to climb a ladder and work with hands overhead.
- Standing required for up to 100% of the work time.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
High school diploma or equivalent.
