About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Sales Associate to join our team at Ricki's. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional brand experience for our customers shopping with us in store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs and ensuring a positive in-store experience.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products, including fashion trends and styles.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and drive business results.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting store environment.
  • Perform point of sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for fashion.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and move merchandise throughout the store.
