Gibson Convenience Store is seeking a skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and checkout areas
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, as well as maintaining inventory levels
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and sales goals
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
