We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Aviation Security Policy and Programs team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective security policies and programs to ensure the safety and security of the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and coordinate industry-led civil aviation security policy and programs to ensure international and domestic impact and influence.
- Manage and deliver analysis to assess the effectiveness of our security policies and programs, and adjust as needed to meet emerging priorities.
- Provide expert security guidance to industry and government stakeholders on security policy issues.
- Facilitate and maintain a network of partners to ensure current and consistent information and advocacy regarding our policies and activities.
- Build strong relationships between States authorities, airports, and airlines to enhance data-sharing and information-sharing efforts.
- Provide leadership and management of analysis to different audiences.
- Documented working/operational knowledge of civil aviation regulatory and operational frameworks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present publicly.
- Demonstrated skills to perform in a high-pressure, multicultural, and international environment.
- Successful completion of IATA or ICAO Aviation Security Courses, IATA SeMS Course, IATA or ICAO Security Audit, Inspection and/or Quality Control Courses.
- Excellent writing, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Teams skills.
