Our Management Development Program at BioPoint, Inc. is a comprehensive training and development initiative that offers a unique blend of theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and hands-on experience.
Program OverviewThe program is designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in a management role. The program consists of four phases, each focusing on a different aspect of management development:
- Phase 1: Warehouse and Customer Service (12-Months) – A focus on warehousing procedures, shipping and receiving, and counter support for customer transactions
- Phase 2: Customer Relationships and Procurement (12-Months) – A focus on customer problem solving, relationship building with customers and vendors.
- Phase 3: Account Management and Proactive Sales (15-18 Months) - A focus on business development and sourcing sales, while expanding the customer base and creating stronger partnerships.
- Phase 4: Leadership and Operations (3-Months) - Developing leadership skills, supporting the team through coaching and mentoring, and setting vision and strategy for the business.
As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and vendors
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
- Leading and managing a team of sales and customer service professionals
- Developing and implementing operational processes and procedures
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A university degree or college diploma in any discipline
- A growth and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong interest in sales and customer service
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license
