We are seeking a skilled Property Administrator to join our team at Bedford Professional Office. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for negotiating and approving rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners. Your expertise will also ensure that all terms of lease agreements are met, and you will prepare and administer contracts for property services. Additionally, you will coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations, monitor progress and costs for property owners, and maintain detailed records of operating expenses and income. Your exceptional communication and organizational skills will enable you to prepare expense and income reports and provide timely responses to clients or tenants.

Our ideal candidate has previous experience in property administration and is proficient in MS Office and MS Windows. They possess excellent client-focused skills, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, and are highly organized. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to work efficiently in a team environment, and be committed to delivering high-quality results.

The role is a permanent position, and the successful candidate will work 30 hours per week. The work language is English.
