About the Role

Bedford Professional Office seeks a skilled Property Administrator to join our team. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on providing excellent service to property owners.

Job Responsibilities
  • Negotiate or approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners, ensuring all terms are met.
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Coordinate implementation of work orders, monitoring progress and costs for property owners.
  • Maintain accurate records of operating expenses and income, preparing regular expense and income reports.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and issues.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in property administration or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; degree preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Windows.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Benefits
