Job Title: Property Administrator

At Bedford Professional Office, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners.
  • Ensure terms of lease agreements are met and monitor progress and cost of work.
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance and repairs.
  • Coordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects.
  • Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income.
  • Prepare expense and income reports.
  • Ensure timely response to trouble calls from clients or tenants.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 30 hours per week.

Computer and Technology Knowledge:
