About the Role:

  • This is a permanent full-time position with 35 hours of work per week.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, including scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and overseeing payroll administration.
  • They will also be responsible for ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, and performing data entry tasks.
  • In addition, the Strategic Office Coordinator will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, greeting them and directing them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: This is a remote work opportunity, but we require the ability to travel to our office as needed.
