About the Role:
- This is a permanent full-time position with 35 hours of work per week.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, including scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and overseeing payroll administration.
- They will also be responsible for ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, and performing data entry tasks.
- In addition, the Strategic Office Coordinator will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, greeting them and directing them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Windows, and Word.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Location: This is a remote work opportunity, but we require the ability to travel to our office as needed.
