Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Professional Book Fairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as providing administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Ability to multitask, organized, team player, client focus, time management, and quick learner
Working Conditions

30 hours per week, permanent position, English language, and work term: permanent.
