Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Xpress Cellular Zone Inc. in a key leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the wholesale operations of our business, ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks and the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance: Supervise and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets, focusing on maximizing revenue growth while maintaining profitability.
  • Team Management: Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales staff, including assigning duties, setting goals, and providing coaching and feedback.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient storage processes.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and provide excellent customer service.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, informing strategic decisions to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent problem-solving skills.
