We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Concepts (GTA) Inc. as a key member of our sales support team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of new products and services to meet customer needs, working closely with the engineering team to experiment with new manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer relationships, including responding to inquiries, providing sales quotations, and processing orders.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and product development progress.
- Work closely with the President, Sales Representatives, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Engineering degree or certificate and relevant working experience in the Industrial and Manufacturing sectors.
- Direct sales/service experience in the Industrial and Manufacturing sectors, preferably in a relevant Production industry.
- General knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience with ERP systems and familiarity with purchase order and inventory management computer software applications.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
