Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Addiction Recovery Specialist to join our team at the Sister Margaret Smith Centre. As an integral part of our Adult Addictions department, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals struggling with addiction.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive hourly rate of $28.11-$28.70 per hour. In addition to a salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Must possess a 2-year Diploma in a post-secondary Human Services field and 1 year working experience or specialized training in addictions.
  • Must have working knowledge of addictions and familiarity with working in an adult residential setting, including crisis intervention skills.
  • Must be able to work any shifts as requested.
  • Safe Food Handling certificate is required.
  • Standard First Aid certificate is also required.
Conditional Offer of Employment
