About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD OTC Consultant to join our team at High Cliff Partners Inc. as a Process Optimization Expert. This is a 12-month contract with potential for extension, offering a hybrid work setting with a mix of on-site and remote days.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Optimization: Design, test, and implement changes in business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Business Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize end-to-end processes.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain Expertise: Provide expertise in logistics and supply chain management, including experience in aerospace/aviation/aircraft maintenance.
  • Consulting and Advisory: Take on a consulting role vis-à-vis business departments, providing guidance and support on process optimization and improvement.
  • Requirements Gathering: Identify requirements, interdependencies, and gaps in existing functionalities in close cooperation with Business Process Owner, Business Analyst, and Business Application Expert.
  • Business Case Development: Create business cases and support the prioritization process for requirements in coordination with the Business Relationship Manager.
  • Cost-Benefit Analysis: Support cost-benefit analyses and budget planning.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with the COE team and application maintenance service (AMS) team on issue resolution, and collaborate with business and technical subject matter experts.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in large-scale SAP deployment, support, and/or upgrade projects.
  • Technical Skills: Strong competence in the use of SAP and all related IT processes, technical knowledge and process know-how (E2E), experience in process design and development of E2E processes.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in French and English; English required for documentation and correspondence.
