Senior SAP SD Manager

High Cliff Partners Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP SD Manager to lead our team in implementing and maintaining our SAP Sales and Distribution module. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing projects, configuring and customizing the SD module, and providing training and support to our end-users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects related to the SAP SD module, including configuration, parameterization, and customization.
  • Work closely with functional and technical teams to understand user needs and determine which features to implement or improve.
  • Ensure the integrity of information by establishing documentation, testing, and production implementation strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with business units and IT sectors to ensure seamless integration of SAP ecosystem and order taking platforms.
  • Train and support super users to maximize the use and configuration of the SAP system and other business solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience with SAP SD module.
  • Good knowledge of SAP, ideally S4 in the RISE environment.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or related field.
  • Experience in implementing, supporting, maintaining, and improving ERP-type software packages in manufacturing organizations and distribution centers.
