Senior SAP SD Order-to-Cash Consultant

High Cliff Partners Inc. is seeking a seasoned SAP SD OTC Consultant to lead our client's project in Montreal. This 12-month contract has potential for extension and offers a hybrid work setting with occasional travel to US locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead SAP SD Order-to-Cash process configuration and implementation with a proven track record of successful projects.
  • Collaborate with logistics and aerospace/aviation/aircraft maintenance teams to optimize end-to-end processes.
  • Develop and implement new business ideas, trends, and proposals for lean, user-friendly processes.
  • Adhere to standards and strive for process consolidation and harmonization.
  • Identify requirements, interdependencies, and gaps in existing functionalities.
  • Verify potential impact on processes and functionalities.
  • Monitor and analyze business processes.
  • Design, test, and implement changes in business processes.
  • Take on a consulting role with business departments.
  • Create business cases and support prioritization processes.
  • Support cost-benefit analyses and budget planning.
  • Liaise with COE and AMS teams on issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with business and technical subject matter experts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in large-scale SAP deployment, support, and/or upgrade projects.
  • Strong competence in SAP and related IT processes.
  • Technical knowledge and process know-how.
  • Experience in process design and development.
  • Expertise in process management and supporting tools.
  • Understanding of relationships between business processes and SAP applications.
  • Bilingual in French & English; English required for documentation and correspondence.

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
