About the Role:

High Cliff Partners Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP SD OTC Consultant to join our team as a Process Optimization Expert. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for optimizing and redesigning end-to-end processes, introducing new business ideas, and developing trends to improve lean and user-friendly processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization and Redesign: Support the optimization and redesign of end-to-end processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • New Business Ideas and Trends: Introduce and formulate new business ideas, develop trends, and optimize proposals for lean and user-friendly processes.
  • Process Management: Adhere to standards, strive for consolidation and harmonization of processes, and identify requirements, interdependencies, dependencies, and gaps in existing functionalities.
  • Change Management: Design, test, shape, and implement changes in business processes, and take on a consulting role vis-à-vis business departments.
  • Business Case Development: Create business cases and support the prioritization process for requirements in coordination with the Business Relationship Manager.
  • Cost-Benefit Analysis and Budget Planning: Support cost-benefit analyses and budget planning, and liaise with the COE team and application maintenance service (AMS) team on issue resolution.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the business and technical subject matter experts, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in large-scale SAP deployment, support, and/or upgrade projects.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong competence in the use of SAP and all related IT processes, technical knowledge and process know-how, experience in process design and development of end-to-end processes, expertise in process management, and knowledge of the holistic process landscape.
  • Language: Bilingual in French and English, with English required for documentation and correspondence.
