Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Big Bite Pita. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food is prepared to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Determine and implement operational procedures to meet customer needs.
- Manage cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Enforce provincial and territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Organize and maintain inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Negotiate with clients for catering and events, participate in marketing plans, and provide excellent customer service.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring a fast-paced and efficient work environment.
- 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- College or CEGEP education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Reliability, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
Our restaurant is located in an urban area, with various locations. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, with a team of 5-10 people. You will be required to work 35-40 hours per week, with a temporary work term.
