Restaurant Operations Manager

Delhi Street Restaurant is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our daily operations and ensure exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the restaurant's finances, staff, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and manage cash reports.
- Staff Management: Conduct performance reviews, lead and instruct staff, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints, provide excellent service, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operations: Plan and organize daily operations, modify food preparation methods, and negotiate with suppliers.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and repetitive tasks.
