Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at ADI Process inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing reports.
  • Manage and maintain digital databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
