We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Relationship Associate to join our team in Regina. As a Client Relationship Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional client service and support to our clients and advisors.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing ongoing, exceptional service and support to our clients and advisors;
  • Maintaining existing client accounts and identifying opportunities to contact clients;
  • Becoming well-versed in internal controls and industry regulatory requirements;
  • Responding to client inquiries in an understanding and time-efficient manner;
  • Assisting the advisor team in welcoming and onboarding new clients;
  • Coordinating and preparing meetings for advisors with their clients/prospects;
  • Providing proactive client service and effectively managing incoming communications from clients, advisors, and other internal and external partners.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong skills in working with various business applications/technology;
  • A high level of time management and organization skills;
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service that will come across as professional, warm, and friendly to our clients;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
  • A completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH) is an asset;
  • Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities' systems and procedures;
  • Experience in the securities industry is an asset.

Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
