Status: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: $75,000 to $90,000 per year based on experience
Company Overview:Cathay Bank is a leading provider of janitorial and building maintenance services across Canada. With over 2000 facilities under its care, the company prides itself on delivering excellence in service and budget management.
Key Responsibilities:- Subcontractor Management:
- Liaise with subcontractors to ensure they meet contractual requirements
- Monitor compliance with regulations such as security clearances, GST, business licensing, WCB, and liability insurance
- Ensure Alpine standards are maintained through subcontractor work
- Client Relations:
- Maintain open communication with clients to address concerns and resolve issues
- Promote additional services and fees to increase revenue
- Expense Management:
- Oversee equipment repairs and maintenance
- Ensure subcontractor hours align with budget allocations
- Proven management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent client relationship skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other productivity tools
- Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours
