Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ethnic Collections. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Open and distribute mail and other materials
    • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
    • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
    • Schedule and confirm appointments
    • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
    • Answer electronic enquiries
    • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
    • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
    • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
    • Maintain and manage digital databases
  • Education and Experience
    • Will train
