We are seeking a passionate and innovative leader to join our team as a Wedding and Events Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing wedding and event sales, ensuring an unforgettable client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond and qualify all incoming inquiries for weddings and social events, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
- Coordinate and organize site visits, menu tastings, and other meetings to showcase our luxurious venues and exceptional service standards.
- Manage the client journey from booking to execution and post-event follow-up, ensuring seamless communication and exceeding client expectations.
- Handle contracts, room blocks, floor plans, BEOs, event pre-planning schedules, forms, and payments with precision and attention to detail.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and build a loyal client base.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with event vendors, ensuring seamless execution of events.
- Achieve and exceed revenue goals for the designated market, driving sales growth and contributing to the success of our luxury hospitality brand.
- Participate in sales meetings, prepare and present sales reports, and stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Work closely with hotel operations to prepare and deliver exceptional events, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.
