Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Health professional to serve as the State Behavioral Health Director. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services, including program management and policy development. Experience providing clinical supervision and ability to supervise therapists and counselors is essential.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of recovery, mental health, and other co-occurring disorders, as well as experience working with addiction in an outpatient and/or intensive outpatient milieu. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a positive collaborative relationship among staff are required.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Ensuring high-fidelity delivery of BrightView's expected behavioral health programming.
  2. Responsible for the cohesive, high-fidelity implementation of BrightView's behavioral health programming model.
