**Job Summary**

BrightView is seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Director to lead our Behavioral Health programs. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality services to individuals within the state. This role requires strong leadership skills, expertise in behavioral health services, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in program management and policy development, as well as knowledge of recovery, mental health, and co-occurring disorders. They will be able to supervise therapists and counselors, manage crisis situations, and maintain positive relationships with staff and stakeholders.

In this role, you will develop and implement comprehensive training and staff development initiatives, partner with Quality + Programs Excellence to develop standardized clinical documentation, and collaborate with Compliance to ensure adherence to statutes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive training and staff development initiatives.
  2. Supervise therapists and counselors, and provide guidance and support to staff.
  3. Collaborate with Quality + Programs Excellence to develop standardized clinical documentation.
  4. Partner with Compliance to ensure adherence to statutes and regulatory requirements.
  5. Manage crisis situations and provide support to staff and clients.

Requirements:

Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Public Health, or a related field. Independent licensure also required. Experience in program management and policy development, as well as knowledge of recovery, mental health, and co-occurring disorders.
