Position Overview

This role supports customer service, technical support, and customer sales interactions. The ideal candidate will interact with hundreds of customers each week across the country, resolving support issues, selling new products and services, and ensuring a best-in-class customer experience. Key responsibilities include listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving customer issues, utilizing systems and technology to complete account management tasks, recognizing sales opportunities, and applying sales skills to upgrade.

Key Qualifications

  • Highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated individual with excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Customer service-oriented with empathy, responsiveness, patience, and conscientiousness
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with change and ambiguity
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with team members and customers

Physical Requirements

This role operates in a professional office environment, requiring the employee to sit/stand for long periods, use a computer and telephone headset, and occasionally move about the office to accomplish tasks.
