Sales Leadership Director

Rodan Energy is a leading North American energy services company that aims to make sustainable, attainable solutions. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Vice President of Revenue Growth to join our team.
About the RoleAs a Senior Vice President of Revenue Growth, you will lead and develop a highly motivated and skilled business development team which includes sales, customer success, revenue operations, and marketing professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a sales strategy to grow Rodan's revenues across all lines of business in North America.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop/execute sales strategy: To grow Rodan's revenues across all lines of business in North America.
- Attract and develop top business development talent: Identify, attract, and develop top business development talent to drive growth and success.
- Metrics-driven approach: Utilize a highly disciplined, organized, and metrics-driven approach to managing and reporting on sales performance.
- Annual business development budgets: Establish annual business development budgets, sales targets, and strategic plans to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Growth opportunities: Actively identify and implement growth opportunities to drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Product development: Develop new and iterate existing products by engaging with customers, considering competitive environments, market conditions, and scalability.
- Leadership team member: Serve as a key member of the leadership team, providing input on overall business direction, fostering a positive work culture, and collaborating with other functional leaders.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- 15+ years of sales leadership experience: Proven track record of successful sales leadership experience, having managed sales and marketing professionals.
- Strategic vision and execution: A balance of strategic vision and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
- Demonstrated sales results: Demonstrated record of meeting and exceeding yearly sales team targets.
- Industry knowledge: Strong understanding of North American electricity markets and the energy services sector (specifically demand response, distributed energy resources, and software/energy as a service).
- Education: Post-secondary degree required.
- Communication skills: Powerful verbal and written communication skills utilizing various mediums.
- Financial acumen: Excellent financial and analytical skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: Entrepreneurial approach to business development with a positive attitude and desire to succeed.
- C-level presence: Strong C-Level presence, strategic acumen, consultative-selling skills, and executive credibility.
