We are seeking an exceptional Leadership Retail Director to lead our Store Leadership Teams worldwide. This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent leadership skills to develop diverse associates and leaders, foster a positive store environment, and ensure high-quality customer experiences.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,300-$87,100 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:
  • Develop, evaluate, and coach a diverse staff to maintain high levels of service and quality to meet customer expectations.
  • Inspire, educate, guide, and develop diverse associates and keyholders to meet short- and long-range growth plans/career paths within the store, field, and general office.
  • Deliver on operating budgets and manage expense control within division guidelines to deliver positive results and meet profitability expectations.
  • Evaluate accuracy of all functions related to store operations, including both Front and Back of House Operations.
  • Perform timely completion of all recordkeeping associated with applicants, new hires, payroll, performance reviews, coaching, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels through effective replenishment, organization, shrink control, and communication.
  • Communicate regularly with Area/District Manager providing relevant market information and employee successes and challenges.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree or applicable certification or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years functional experience managing individual contributors and a department or acting as a lead.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems and drive decisions that impact finances, efficiency, and effectiveness of the store.
  • Skill operating a Point of Sales (POS) system and various software packages.
