Key Responsibilities:- Respond to employee inquiries and provide timely support with benefits-related matters.
- Assist with the administration of state and company disability plans, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Perform routine audits and reviews of benefits plans to identify areas for improvement and ensure data quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Payroll and Benefit Administration, to resolve benefits-related issues.
- Review collective bargaining agreements and ensure benefits setup is accurate and compliant.
- Perform specialized data requests and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with employees, management, and external partners to resolve benefits-related inquiries.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Employee Benefits functions, with a strong understanding of retirement plan administration and compliance.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a focus on quality control and data accuracy.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, including pivot tables and V lookups.
