Job Title: Payroll Administrator

YESA is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Processing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, prepare statements of earnings for employees, and reconcile issued payrolls to bank statements.
  • Benefits Administration: Complete and submit documentations for administration of benefits such as pension plans, leaves, share savings, employment and medical insurance.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain payroll records, employee attendance, leave and overtime records, and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Communication: Inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in payroll administration or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
