Job Title: Administrative Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to join our team at Interprovincial Corrosion Control Company Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including record-keeping, correspondence, and data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and Prepare Minutes: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Requirements:

  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
