About this Future Leasing Specialist opportunity:

Leasing Champion

Owning the leasing process from initial inquiry to onboarding of new residents is a key responsibility. Proactively monitoring vacancies and achieving leasing targets is also crucial. Key requirements include 1-2 years' experience in customer service, sales, office administration, or a related field. Proficiency with MS Office is necessary, and knowledge of property management software is beneficial. Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed is required to meet business demands. Additionally, proven ability to address concerns and achieve performance targets is essential.
